the location was excellent it was close to main attractions like charles bridge the hotel interior had a retro style i found very tender

the elevator was broken this caused me to walk up many flights of stairs the breakfast options seemed limited

The hotel room was relatively big with city views and it was good. Cleanliness was very good and I saw cleaners each day. Reception check in process was fast and had no issues. I rented a kettle for 5€, it was fine.

The elevator could be faster, but I understand the building is old.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, very close to the main square. The room had a safe, convenient for storing valuables. The bed was large and comfortable.

The hotel lacked coffee and tea making facilities in the room. This would have been a welcome addition for early mornings.

the hotel location was excellent. i could easily walk to many tourist spots. the room was also spacious and had a fridge, i found it useful.

sadly, the air conditioning did not work. it made the room quite warm even in the evening. the breakfast was also quite basic and did not have many options.

the location of the hotel was acceptable as it was close to the main area.

the bed sheets had hairs all over them. when i asked for clean sheets, i learned that the daily cleaning only included changing towels. there was also water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, causing a flood.
